If you would like create your own commercial use products for resale using my CU elements, templates, etc., you've come to the right place!

**** TERMS OF USE ****

This purchased license then will give you permission to use ALL of my COMMERCIAL USE PRODUCTS  to create your own COMMERCIAL USE PRODUCTS with the following restrictions:

1.  You may not offer any of my commercial use products until your License graphic and number have been emailed to you and are posted on your blog/website or store front.

2.  Products cannot be sold in their original form. They must be modified or altered in some way,  not just recoloured or resized. Examples of approved modifications are: add elements of   your own to it, add textures, patterns or filters.

3.  All templates must be merged and altered for resale a commercial use product.  They cannot be sold in their layered form.

4.  You MUST display your license graphic and number anywhere that you will be selling the CU items that you create (i.e.: blog, store front, website). 

5.  You must include on your TOU file that you are a Created by Jill CU4CU License holder with the license number issued to you for any kits/products you create with my CU items.  Please also provide a link to my blog at: http://createdbyjillscraps.blogspot.com/

6.  This CU4CU license is good for 1 person only, you cannot share it with anyone.

7.  Your license can be revoked if you use my items without alteration.  No refunds will be given for revoked licenses.
